Translation:It is He Who makes the lightning flash before you to fill you both with fear and with hope: it is He Who produces clouds laden with water.
Translit: Huwa allathee yureekumu albarqa khawfan watamaAAan wayunshio alssahaba alththiqala

Translation:And of His Signs is this that He shows you the lightning, for fear as well as for hope, and He sends down rainwater from the sky and thereby gives life to the earth after its death. Surely in this there are many Signs for those who use their common sense.
